Location & Hours
Family Vision Clinic is open Monday - Friday, from 8:30 a.m. to 5:30 p.m. In addition to our week-day hours, we are open from 8:30 a.m. to 12:00 noon on Saturdays by appointment. However, Dr. Breaux offers 24 hour service for emergencies. |

Medicare and Insurance
Family Vision Clinic is a Medicare and Medicaid approved provider. As such, we are able to bill Medicare and Medicaid for a number of services received by eligible patients with little or no out-of-pocket expenses to them.
We are participants in several vision care benefit programs and will be happy to assist you in filling out your forms to receive reimbursement. Many of our procedures are reimbursed by major medical insurance. If you have Medicare, Medicaid, medical insurance or participate in a vision care benefit program, please let the receptionist know when you call to schedule your appointment.
